1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jdclub9 platform (accessible at jdclub9.lat), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and jdclub9 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jdclub9 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of jdclub9 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jdclub9 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party.

jdclub9 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy these conditions may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any associated funds obtained in violation of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with jdclub9. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. jdclub9 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdclub9 login credentials. You must notify jdclub9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to notification.

3.4 KYC Verification

jdclub9 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identification documents — including a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed or during periodic account reviews.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jdclub9 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account status.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. jdclub9 reserves the right to amend these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification. jdclub9 aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. Gold Reserve VIP members may benefit from expedited processing. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC or AML checks.

4.4 Funds Ownership

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a legitimate source. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jdclub9 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions as detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• jdclub9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Members found to be abusing promotional mechanics — including but not limited to bonus stacking, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and accounts may be restricted.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, and device.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the jdclub9 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, event, and game type. The following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at jdclub9's sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, jdclub9's decision shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and game. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• If a technical error results in an incorrectly displayed price or result, jdclub9 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the original conditions.
• For live betting markets, jdclub9 may suspend markets at any time without notice, particularly during fast-moving live events such as Malaysia Super League matches, EPL fixtures, or UFC bouts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jdclub9 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — including but not limited to RNG errors, incorrect odds feeds, or display glitches.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the platform to obscure the origins of funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jdclub9 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence.
• Accessing jdclub9 through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means of obscuring your true location where such access is for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jdclub9 platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of jdclub9 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jdclub9 content without express written permission from the Company.

9. Privacy & Data

jdclub9 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial or economic losses. jdclub9's total liability to you in connection with any event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits you have made in the thirty (30) days preceding that event.

jdclub9 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the platform.

11. Amendments to These Terms

jdclub9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or via email to registered members. Continued use of jdclub9 services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which jdclub9 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in the relevant jurisdiction.
